I had a entire new system installed including relocating the air handler to the attic, insulation, new ducts and new returns from every room they even put a new slab for my unit to sit on outside. Eduardo and his crew got it done in one day it was truly amazing. The best part is that they definitely have pride in there work and don't cut any corners. My house stays super cold even with this 108° heat index we are having. And the best part is that every room is ice cold even with the doors shut. They went above and beyond to meet my crazy demands. Thank you EC Air Pro!!!!!

I received a phone call from the office at EC Air Pro in response to my above review. She appoligized and took ownership of the lack of follow through and asked to allow them to set up a complementary service in August. I agreed. I received a call from the office the day before the visit stating someone would be there between 10 and 11AM. The day of the service I received a text message to confirm their visit. Then I received a text telling me they would be here in 30 minutes. They were on time and very curious and efficient, explaining everything they were doing. I changed my rating based on how my complaint was handled. Like I said, customer service should be number one, and in this case, it was.
